This class is designed for those who have never practiced yoga or need a refresher. Forward bends, baby backbends, twists, and balances are taught. This class will teach and challenge you but at a slower, foundational pace. It will creatively focus on foundational postures, deepening the students' knowledge of alignment, mental clarity, emotional balance, and spiritual way of being.
This class is taught my Midland Yoga Works instructors and meets at the Mission Shopping Center at the corner of Big Springs and Loop 250 at Aurelian Fitness.
