Bikram Style Class

Begins Saturday, March 19, 2:00-3:30

Bikram yoga is a 90 min beginning yoga class.  It's 26 postures 2 breathing exercises. It is practiced in a heated room with 40% humidity.  Please have mat, towel, and water.

This class works every section of the body . It's a total workout .  You go deeper in the postures the more your body opens .
