Prepare your immune system for the spring. Yoga can help by strengthening and balancing your immune system with standing poses, inversions and backbends. We will learn and practice a special yoga sequence designed by BKS Iyengar to strengthen the hormonal/immune system. 

All Levels welcome: Yoga poses will be modified to suit your level, whether beginner or more advanced.
